Frequently asked questions and guides for SupremeIndexer
Why are my URLs stuck in 'pending'?
URLs move through validation automatically. If stuck for more than 10 minutes, the system will automatically re-queue them. Make sure you have enough credits — 1 credit is deducted per URL processed.
How do credits work?
Each URL submitted uses 1 credit during processing. New accounts receive 5 free trial credits. Purchase a package to get more credits. Credits never expire.
What is the CSV upload format?
One URL per row, one URL per column (first column). No header row needed. Max 10,000 URLs per batch. URLs must start with http:// or https://.
What does 'indexed' status mean?
Indexed means the URL was successfully submitted to search engines for crawl discovery and verified as reachable. Actual Google indexing depends on your content quality and Google's own crawl schedule.
Can I submit the same URL twice?
Duplicate URLs within the same project are automatically detected and skipped — you won't be charged for duplicates.
How do I pay with cryptocurrency?
On the Credits page, each package has a 'Pay with Crypto' button. It supports 100+ coins including Bitcoin, USDT, ETH, and more via NOWPayments.
What is the auto-refund policy?
If a URL is not indexed within 10 days of submission, your credit is automatically refunded. No action needed — it happens automatically. Refunded credits appear in your transaction history.
